When a client accepts, a single click generates the invoice with the right number, series, VAT, withholdings and Verifactu hash.

Online digital signature

The client gets a link, reads the proposal and signs it from the browser. The signature is timestamped and embedded in the PDF.

Automatic expiry

Each quote has a configurable validity. If the client doesn't accept in time, the status moves to expired and you can regenerate it with updated prices.
