Visual identity

Invoiced by you

Your clients pay you, on your tariff and your cycle. We charge you a cost per active instance.

Your L1, our L2/L3

You handle first-line support (you know them better than anyone). If there's a bug or a deep technical case, escalate to us and we'll resolve it.

Email and SMS signature

Transactional notifications sent from your domain (DKIM/SPF configured) and, optionally, SMS with your sender ID.

Isolated instance

Your own database, not shared with other tenants. Your clients' data is yours, exportable in CSV/JSON whenever you want.

To avoid misunderstandings: white-label is reselling a shared platform — not exclusive source-code access nor bespoke development.

White-label FAQ

The six questions everyone asks.

Can I access the source code of my instance?

On the standard white-label plan, no — it's a shared product we maintain and update. If you need source code (for internal audits or a fork), there's an "advanced white-label" plan where we deliver the code under a restrictive licence. Ask us.

Is my clients' data mine or Hexio's?

Yours. Hexio acts as data processor; you're the controller for your clients. You can export it as CSV/JSON whenever you want and, if you decide to leave, we deliver a full dump of your instance.

Can I resell on my own pricing?

Yes, that's the idea. You set the price for your clients (per user, per month, per module, flat fee — your call). We charge you a cost per active instance agreed at signing.

What's the commission or cost?

No per-client commission. There's a fixed monthly cost per active instance depending on the modules you have enabled. The difference between what you pay us and what you charge your clients is your margin. Ask for the specific quote →

How are updates and new modules handled?

Automatic, with no service interruption. When we release a new module, we let you know and you decide whether to enable it on your instance. Bug fixes and security patches are always applied.

What happens if we want to leave the programme?

No penalties. Give us 30 days' notice, we deliver a full export of all data in CSV/JSON and run an orderly transition with your clients. No lock-in is part of the contract.
